Approved refunds are normally issued as store credit.

Cash refunds are issued only at the sole discretion of Galanor LLC.

No refunds will be provided once digital goods have been successfully delivered.

Chargebacks or unauthorized payment reversals may result in:

  • Permanent account suspension
  • Removal of purchased items
  • Loss of future purchasing privileges
  • Collection of outstanding balances
5. Fraud Prevention
