Hello everyone,
A week has passed since Galanor launched, and today we bring you our first content update along with a bunch of smaller bug fixes and quality of life updates, of course!
Starfire Raids
This is our brand new "beginner" raids. It has absolutely no requirements to join, can be done in groups of up to 3 people and drops 3 brand new armor sets, one for each combat style.
To get there, simply open the teleport interface, select minigames and click on Starfire raids:
To get started all you have to do is create a new party, invite your friends if you wish, and then climb the staircase north of the lobby area:
There are 3 different difficulty settings for you to choose from:
Easy: 100% hp, 100% drop rate Intermediate: 250% hp, 120% drop rate
Advanced: 350% hp, 180% drop rate
The raids itself consists of 3 bosses, the Starfire Archer, the Starfire Warrior and the Starfire Wizard, which you must kill in order to get a reward.
All 3 bosses have different special attacks:
Starfire Ranger:
Infects all players in the party with the plague.
When he does the special attack, the players must quickly drink a dose of "sanfew serum" in order to avoid taking a lot of damage.
Starfire Warrior:
Teleports a random player in the party close to him and freezes the player for 4 ticks.
On the 6th tick, if the player has not moved away, the boss will deal 30-80 damage to the player.
Tip: Spam-click the ground away from the boss as soon as you're teleported close to him.
Starfire Wizard:
When this boss does his special attack, fire will appear under the player.
If the player does not move in 2 ticks, he will take 30-80 damage.
This is repeated 5 times, meaning the player has to keep moving during the special attack phase.
The Starfire Raids also comes with a brand new collection log to be completed:
The Rewards
The rare loot from the Starfire Raids consists of 3 new armor sets and 3 new weapons.
The armors are a little bit better than Bandos/Armadyl/Subjugation, and the weapons are a little bit better than Superior Chaotics.
I've tested the max hit using the full starfire for each style with the corresponding weapons, and it seems to be around 50 for all 3 combat styles.

Ah, and I forgot to mention, the staff has a built-in spell (don't need runes) and the bow has a built-in ammunition (don't need arrows).
